What you'll do

  • Develop and manage operational and technical relationships through in-person visits and phone calls to help carry out their account plan
  • Understand the client's environment to ensure full utilization of Fiserv's solutions for maximum benefit
  • Provide various levels of reporting on accomplishments and in-process activities
  • Influence and work cross-functionally on critical initiatives including, but not limited to, incident response, process improvement, and develop/maintain standard operating procedures
  • Maintain compliance with system audits, client profile updates, and other administrative duties to ensure Fiserv meets legal and contractual obligations
  • Understand the client’s environment to ensure full utilization of Fiserv’s solutions for maximum benefit

What they require

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' experience in customer service
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Project Management experience (preferred)
  • Enterprise problem prevention and resolution experience (preferred)
  • Ability to make independent decisions, exercising good judgment and managing complex issues (preferred)

  • This role must be local to the area and willing to travel within that geography
  • This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Maine or Washington.
