The Service Governance Specialist supports the maintenance and execution of GoGlobal's service governance framework across all service lines. This role is primarily responsible for country-level Statement of Work (SoW) drafting and pricing computation, ensuring accuracy and consistency with approved governance standards.

What you'll do

  • Develop country-specific SoW templates for services in response to proposal requests.
  • Apply approved pricing methodology to calculate SoW pricing accurately and consistently across both service lines.
  • Maintain end-to-end ownership of SoW documentation, ensuring updates to scope and pricing are reflected promptly.
  • Flag any out-of-standard scope or pricing trends observed during drafting to the Manager for review.
  • Respond to internal scope and pricing enquiries from deal owners, escalating exception cases as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Global Product Owners (GPO), Portfolio Managers, GPNM on local partner capability and fee structures.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Service Governance function

What they require

  • 3–5 years of working experience in a professional services, accounting & tax /payroll / entity management or commercial support environment.
  • Prior exposure to contract management, scope documentation, or pricing/commercial analysis is an advantage.
  • Exposure to multi-country requirements is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to produce accurate, well-structured written deliverables consistently across two service roles.
  • Organised and structured, able to manage multiple SoW requests and priorities simultaneously.
  • Resilient under commercial pressure, maintains governance standards while remaining solution-oriented.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail, able to produce accurate, well-structured written deliverables consistently across two service lines.
