Forbes Travel Guide, an international hospitality ratings company, is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to assist with the daily functions of Client Success team operations, as assigned. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and involves a high degree of client communication. An essential aspect of this position is to support our clients by addressing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, professionalism, and care. Tasks include (but are not limited to) updating contact and account information in Salesforce and our proprietary Partner Site, administering trials and demos of our software, and reporting and following up on client communications. The successful candidate will communicate professionally, work thoughtfully with excellent attention to detail, and efficiently manage tasks in a remote work environment.
