Our mission is to help seniors overcome complex health and social challenges, improve their long-term well-being, and maximize independence. We believe every senior deserves to have a dedicated advocate in their corner. We are building an advocacy-first telehealth platform to democratize access to high-quality care and reach patients right where they are. Our physicians and Health Advocates work together to help patients untangle the U.S. healthcare system, overcome social determinant barriers, and make confident, informed decisions. Underpinning our platform is software + AI that superpowers our advocates and operations. We're a small team. The founders are a former Google engineering manager, a former AI product and operations lead, and a physician with 30+ years of experience. We're early, we move fast, and we're writing the software that runs the whole care model.
