What you'll do

  • Own workforce capacity modeling and forecasting based on user growth, enrollment trends, and care delivery expectations
  • Collaborate with Care leadership to define and monitor productivity, caseload distribution, and resourcing strategy
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to anticipate upcoming needs and proactively plan staffing accordingly
  • Analyze performance and utilization metrics to surface operational improvements
  • Create scalable tools, dashboards, and workflows that align people and process across the care journey
  • Support hiring plans, onboarding ramp timelines, and ongoing performance monitoring

What they require

  • 5-10+ years of experience in operations, strategy, workforce planning, or capacity management roles
  • Proven experience managing workforce models or staffing frameworks, ideally in healthcare, tech, or service delivery
  • Deeply analytical and enjoy using data to solve complex resourcing challenges
  • Comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Systems mindset and enjoy building processes that scale
  • Strong project management skills
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity in a startup environment
  • Communicate well across teams and can translate business needs into operational plans
  • Energized by working in a mission-driven, early-stage environment where your work has direct impact
  • Comfortable defining new workflows from scratch rather than working in a more established, structured environment
  • Preferred: Experience scaling a workforce planning function or care delivery model
  • Preferred: Familiarity with telehealth, digital health, or member-based care models
  • Preferred: Experience working with or supporting clinical teams
  • Preferred: Direct experience in digital health or the autoimmune/chronic condition space
