What you'll do

  • Own day-to-day Workforce Management processes supporting Customer Support (forecasting, scheduling, staffing, queue management, attendance).
  • Monitor real-time operational performance and recommend corrective actions to address staffing, queue, workload, and service level variances.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting, scheduling methodologies, and staffing models across channels, skills and time intervals.
  • Develop and manage Customer Support performance reporting, dashboards, KPIs and operational metrics; deliver regular performance readouts.
  • Manage outsourced Customer Support vendor relationships, workforce budgeting, telephony provider liaison, and continuous improvement of WFM systems and processes.

  • Required: strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proven experience developing/operating Workforce Management systems and processes
  • Preferred: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workforce Management, Contact Center or Customer Support Operations
