Licensed mental health therapist needed for remote part-time contract work in Indiana. Must hold an active Indiana license (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) and be able to practice independently. Experience with perinatal, postpartum, or menopausal patients is strongly preferred.

What you'll do

  • Provide individual tele-therapy to patients requesting regular sessions using FamilyWell’s virtual platform.
  • Conduct one-on-one psychological intakes for referred FamilyWell program patients, gathering comprehensive assessments to inform treatment planning.
  • Document patient progress comprehensively, sharing treatment recommendations with medical providers, psychiatric consultants, and other treating professionals as needed.
  • Facilitate treatment plan modifications for patients needing more intensive or specialized mental health care, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions.
  • Develop and deliver Care Plans post-session, offering patients actionable insights and follow-up steps.

What they require

  • Licensed mental health provider who holds an active license in Indiana.
  • All applicants must be able to practice independently / without supervision.
  • Licensures that qualify include the following : Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Formal perinatal/peri/menopause mental health training or a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working with pregnant and/or postpartum and/or peri/menopause patients is strongly preferred.
  • Passionate and driven to improve women’s mental healthcare delivery, especially for vulnerable patient populations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and innovative mental health solutions.
