The company is seeking a Web3 / Full-stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy software solutions that power various staking products at stake.fish, ensuring the security of various blockchain networks.
📋 Responsibilities include:
- Building new products & features that meet critical product and business needs
- Building pixel-perfect and responsive web applications with web3.js, ethers.js, React.js and TypeScript
- Continuously prototyping and improving UIs iteratively with the product and design team
- Writing server code in Python that is extensible, well-tested, and secure
- Leveraging automated testing, CI/CD, container orchestration, and other modern development techniques
- Collaborating with the team to review PRs and make improvements to the codebase
🔑 Requirements:
- Deep front-end development knowledge and experience with React
- Experience with web3, blockchain, and smart contracts
- Proficiency using web3.js and ethers.js libraries
- Knowledgeable with Ethereum and EVM concepts
- Good understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Track record of designing, creating, and maintaining production services
- Familiarity with Linux and cloud services (such as AWS)
- Proficiency in Docker
- Basic skills on Unix command line & shell scripting
🛠 Nice-to-have:
- Ability to review EVM-based smart contracts and audit for security issues
- Experience in contributing to the open-source community
- Working experience in a startup environment
