What you'll do

  • Demonstrate sound engineering principles by directly contributing to team goals
  • Estimate work, set goals, and meet them
  • Design and implement well-tested and documented software in web technologies or Flutter
  • Debug and fix issues encountered by users
  • Participate in code and architectural reviews
  • Collaborate with community and colleagues on technical specifications
  • Contribute to technical documentation
  • Improve engineering and operations practices
  • Deploy and operate services developed by the team
  • Contribute to product success through technical advocacy
  • Support and grow web engineers on the team
  • Influence team culture, technical delivery, strategy, and execution
