What you'll do
- Develop, maintain, and deploy full-stack web applications
- Build user interfaces using React and modern frontend technologies
- Develop backend services using NodeJS and Python, including APIs and microservices
- Support application hosting, server management, and deployment pipelines
- Use AI-assisted coding tools to improve development efficiency and quality
- Design, implement, test, document, and maintain software applications
- Build responsive, accessible UI components using React
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system scope, requirements, and design solutions
- Investigate, prioritize, and resolve software defects
- Monitor and improve application performance and reliability
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices
- Ensure adherence to security, privacy, PHI/HIPAA, and compliance standards
- Validate, test, and review AI-assisted output
- Maintain traceability of AI-assisted contributions where required
- Share AI-assisted workflow best practices and contribute to AI usage guidelines
- Identify and mitigate risks from AI-generated output
What they require
