What you'll do

  • Owning Nivoda's marketing strategy end to end - translating company goals into a growth model, then into channels, programmes and headcount that deliver it
  • Building the marketing team: hiring, structuring, levelling up, and building systems, briefs and feedback loops
  • Owning demand generation and pipeline contribution for both sides of the marketplace
  • Building the measurement layer: attribution, funnel instrumentation, CAC and payback by segment and geography, and a reporting rhythm leadership trusts
  • Running marketing as a portfolio of experiments: defining leading indicators, killing failures quickly, and doubling down on wins
  • Owning positioning and product marketing across a multi-product platform
  • Building the category narrative for the operating system for the jewellery industry
  • Driving lifecycle and retention marketing with product teams for onboarding, activation, and share-of-wallet growth
  • Partnering with Sales and Revenue leadership on segmentation and sales enablement
  • Localizing go-to-market across the US, UK, India, Europe, and Asia
  • Owning the marketing budget and defending ROI
  • Representing marketing at leadership and board level

What they require

  • Significant experience leading marketing in B2B SMB - selling to owner-operators and small businesses
  • Track record of building marketing teams and functions from the ground up
  • Deep, hands-on data and growth orientation - you build growth models, run experiments with statistical discipline, and can talk about CAC, payback, and cohort behaviour
  • Demonstrated ownership of a pipeline or revenue number, with receipts
  • Profit position: you've owned some combination of performance, content, product marketing, lifecycle, and brand, and know which matter now versus later
  • Genuine senior leadership: you've hired, managed managers, made hard calls, and held your own with a founder, CEO or board
  • The judgment to say no - you can name channels you deliberately didn't pursue and explain why
  • Comfort with ambiguity and low hierarchy: you can write ad copy and present a three-year growth model
  • Excellent written and spoken English, and ability to operate across time zones

  • Flexible working hours and a vibrant company culture
  • Remote work
  • Private health insurance
  • Opportunities for growth and continuous learning
  • Flexible compensation card (meals, transport, childcare)
