Licensed Psychologist with PsyD/PhD from an APA-accredited program, PsyPact residence and credential, and EPPP passed. Needs 2–4 years conducting psychotherapy and comfort delivering individual, group, and family therapy over telehealth. Full-time remote role, Monday–Thursday 10 AM–9 PM CST.

What you'll do

  • Conduct individual and group therapy for adults, children and adolescents on topics such as mood, anxiety, stress and eating disorders.
  • Conduct family therapy and/or family education sessions.
  • Develop each patient’s individualized treatment plan.
  • Work with interdisciplinary treatment team to implement the plan.
  • Conduct all sessions within a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform, following established protocols.
  • Conducts individual psychotherapy, group therapy and family therapy.
  • For each patient on case load, complete clinical paperwork and administrative tasks including treatment plans.
  • For each patient on case load, complete individual and family therapy progress notes and group notes.
  • For each patient on case load, complete aftercare plan.
  • For each patient on case load, complete discharge summary.
  • Maintain regular communication with patient's outpatient community provider(s).
  • Conducts comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for each patient on case load.
  • Completes psychosocial, self-harm, pain and suicide assessments.
  • Creates individualized treatment plans with specific and measurable goals in collaboration with treatment team members.
  • Creates therapeutic treatment agreements or behavioral support plans as needed.
  • Holds therapeutic team meeting with patient to address any concerns, if needed.
  • Attends treatment team meetings and treatment team rounds to coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team.
  • May provide training and guidance to less experienced teammates.

What they require

  • Schedule: Full Time Monday - Thursday 10 AM - 9 PM CST.
  • Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD) or Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology from an APA Accredited program.
  • Currently a licensed Psychologist residing in a Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PsyPact) State.
  • Holds Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PsyPact) credential.
  • Passed Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology (EPPP).
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience conducting psychotherapy.
  • Ability to move from one group assignment, line of service, and/or ages served to the next with ease – flexibility.
  • Collaborative nature, strong communication - multi-disciplinary team.
  • Engaging and skilled in navigating video interactions.
  • Familiarity with or ability to easily and quickly learn required technology including a video meeting platform, EMHR, and other computer programs.
