What you’ll be doing: Schedule: Full Time Monday - Thursday 10 AM - 9 PM MST The Virtual Psychologist conducts individual and group therapy (adults, children and adolescents) on topics such as mood, anxiety, stress and eating disorders; conducts family therapy and/or family education sessions; develops each patient’s individualized treatment plan; and works with interdisciplinary treatment team to implement the plan. All sessions are conducted within a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform, following established protocols. This position is remote. Essential duties and responsibilities: Conducts individual psychotherapy, group therapy and family therapy For each patient on case load, complete clinical paperwork and administrative tasks including: Treatment plans Individual and Family Therapy progress notes and group notes Aftercare plan Discharge summary Regular communication with patient's outpatient community provider(s) Conducts comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for each patient on case load: Completes psychosocial, self-harm, pain and suicide assessments Creates individualized treatment plans with specific and measurable goals in collaboration with treatment team members Creates therapeutic treatment agreements or behavioral support plans as needed Holds therapeutic team meeting with patient to address any concerns, if needed Attends treatment team meetings and treatment team rounds to coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team May provide training and guidance to less experienced teammates Must haves: Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD) or Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology from an APA Accredited program Currently a licensed Psychologist residing in a Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PsyPact) State Holds Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PsyPact) credential Passed Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology (EPPP) Minimum 2-4 years' experience conducting psychotherapy Ability to move from one group assignment, line of service, and/or ages served to the next with ease – flexibility Collaborative nature, strong communication - multi-disciplinary team Engaging and skilled in navigating video interactions Familiarity with or ability to easily and quickly learn required technology including a video meeting platform, EMHR, and other computer programs This range is dependent upon candidate's state of residence, experience and market expectations.
