Key Responsibilities Manage recall lists and proactively schedule patients for preventive and follow-up appointments. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments. Answer inbound calls and assist with AI receptionist overflow. Coordinate patient care and provide exceptional customer service. Perform dental insurance verification and eligibility checks as needed. Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment plans after exams. Contact and reschedule no-show or missed appointments. Maintain accurate patient records within the practice management system. Support additional front office administrative tasks as assigned. Collaborate with multiple providers to ensure efficient scheduling and patient flow. Requirements Required 3–4 years of recent experience working in the front office of a U.S. dental practice . Bilingual English and Spanish (spoken and written). Experience with: Patient scheduling Recall management Dental insurance verification Treatment follow-up No-show management General patient coordination Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and organizational skills. Comfortable learning new processes and taking on additional responsibilities. Preferred Experience using EagleSoft EMR . Experience using the Weave phone system. Experience supporting a multi-provider dental practice. Remote Work Requirements Dedicated, quiet home office suitable for HIPAA-compliant work. Reliable high-speed internet connection. Computer capable of running multiple applications simultaneously. Quality USB headset with microphone. Backup power and/or internet solution preferred. Training & Support Comprehensive training provided by the practice. Direct supervision and ongoing support from the Practice Owner/Doctor. Benefits Please note that this is a full-time contractor position (40 hours per week) with a negotiable pay rate depending on skillset and experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 10 AM to 7 PM PST.
