Empower Behavior Solutions is growing, and we're looking for compassionate, motivated Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to join our virtual ABA team! This position provides 1:1 virtual ABA therapy to clients throughout Washington State. Current Opportunity We're actively growing our virtual team and are hiring Certified Behavior Technicians to provide telehealth ABA services to clients across Washington. Location: Remote (Washington State) Schedule: Flexible, based on client availability Setting: Virtual/Telehealth Interested in additional hours? Many of our CBTs combine virtual sessions with home and school-based cases. What You'll Get Competitive pay ($23.00–$25.00/hour) Flexible scheduling Work from home Ongoing supervision and support from experienced BCBAs Professional development opportunities RBT supervision and certification support A collaborative, mission-driven team Opportunities for additional virtual and in-person cases as they become available The chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families every day What You'll Do Provide one-on-one virtual Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs in a telehealth setting Engage clients using evidence-based ABA strategies in an interactive virtual environment Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session Communicate professionally with families and supervising clinicians Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive virtual learning environment for every client Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality What You'll Need Required Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification Applicants without an active CBT certification will not be considered. We do not currently offer training to obtain the certification. High school diploma or equivalent Previous ABA therapy experience Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data Reliable high-speed internet connection A quiet, professional workspace suitable for telehealth sessions Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills Comfort engaging children through virtual platforms Preferred Previous telehealth ABA experience Two or more years of experience working with children About Empower Behavior Solutions At Empower Behavior Solutions, we're more than a workplace, we're a team dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential.
