Virtual Assistant - Sales Development Representative

We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in sales to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including: Respond promptly to warm inbound leads and conduct daily outbound calls and emails; Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and identify the appropriate solution or next step; Schedule qualified prospects for consultations or the appropriate sales team member; Prospect for new customers through phone and email outreach; Follow up with unresponsive, inactive, or stalled leads and opportunities; Contact existing customers regarding reorders, expansion, and reactivation opportunities; Build rapport, handle basic objections, and guide prospects through the sales process; Maintain accurate CRM records, including outreach activity, conversations, and next steps; Meet daily activity expectations and contribute to pipeline and sales goals; Requirements Previous experience in sales, inside sales, sales development, lead generation, or appointment setting; Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills; Confident, natural phone presence and strong interpersonal skills; Ability to build rapport, conduct basic discovery, and handle objections; Comfortable with cold outreach, high-volume follow-up, and rejection; Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail; Experience with Salesforce, ClickUp, or a similar CRM; Strong computer skills and ability to multitask across multiple tools; Self-motivated, coachable, reliable, and comfortable working toward measurable goals; Reliable internet, professional headset, and quiet remote workspace; Benefits Work from home; Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week); Starting salary between 6$ - 12$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance; A workplace that values its people; Professional development opportunities to grow your career; Be part of a supportive team that values your input and achievements; Referral bonus: If you refer a candidate, you will receive a $50 bonus once they’re hired by one of our clients; Remember to upload your data in English, please.
