- Построение и развитие VIP-направления
- Управление командой VIP-менеджеров и личная работа с ключевыми игроками
- Развитие retention, reactivation и увеличение LTV/NGR
- Разработка VIP-стратегии, сегментации и бонусных механик
- Анализ VIP-метрик и масштабирование направления
- Взаимодействие с Product, CRM, Payments, Risk и Compliance
🔹 Ожидания от кандидата:
- Опыт Team Lead / Head of VIP или Senior VIP Manager
- Обязательный опыт в B2C Crypto Casino (сильные кандидаты из Online Casino рассматриваются как исключение)
- Практический опыт управления VIP-портфелем и командой
- Понимание VIP-метрик: NGR, LTV, Retention, Reactivation, Churn
- Опыт построения процессов и развития VIP-функции
- Английский — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) и выше
➕ Будет плюсом:
- Опыт запуска или масштабирования VIP-направления с нуля
- Собственная база VIP-клиентов
- Опыт работы с Telegram, WhatsApp и crypto-native аудиторией
