🚀 We’re Hiring | Video Producer & Host – Bitunix Full-time | Fully Remote | 3–5 Yrs Exp | USD 3,000–8,000 / month About Bitunix A global cryptocurrency derivatives exchange building an authentic video-first brand in the trading space. We are looking for a creator who can own our video presence end-to-end — from spotting crypto market trends to hosting on camera, editing platform-native content, and driving measurable audience growth across YouTube, TikTok, and social channels. Role Overview We are seeking a Video Producer & Host to be both the face and the strategist behind Bitunix’s video content. This is a hands-on creator role: you will independently plan content calendars, host explainer videos and market commentary, shoot and edit all assets, and optimize performance metrics to build an engaged community of traders and crypto enthusiasts. Key Responsibilities - Own the video content calendar across YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, and Instagram Reels; translate crypto market trends and product launches into timely video concepts. - Serve as on-camera host for explainers, market updates, product walkthroughs, and short-form reaction content with natural, credible delivery. - Handle end-to-end production including scripting, shooting, editing, captioning, and formatting for platform-native pacing and engagement. - Track and optimize channel KPIs (views, watch time, CTR, follower growth); iterate quickly based on data and algorithm best practices. - Collaborate with design and marketing teams for branded assets while maintaining independent creative ownership. Requirements - Proven track record as a video creator/host on YouTube or TikTok with portfolio links demonstrating personally created and hosted content. - Confident on-camera presence with ability to deliver engaging content without heavy scripting. - Strong independent content planning skills; proactive idea generation aligned with crypto/trading culture. - Proficient in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent). - Genuine interest in crypto, trading, or financial markets with willingness to develop niche expertise. - Strong English communication skills (written and verbal); Mandarin proficiency is a plus. Preferred - Experience creating content specifically in crypto, fintech, or trading niches. - Existing following or community presence in relevant spaces. - Background managing official brand channels beyond personal accounts. - Familiarity with TradingView, crypto derivatives, or futures trading concepts. - Basic motion graphics or thumbnail design capabilities. 📩 Interested or know someone who fits?
