Video Editor – Remote Video Editing | Motion Graphics | Social Media Content | Brand Storytelling Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Location: Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours (Flexible to support deadlines and campaign launches) About the Role At Pavago, we’re hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a Video Editor to create engaging, high-quality video content across social media, marketing campaigns, training materials, and branded content. This is more than a traditional editing role. You’ll transform raw footage into polished, platform-optimized videos that strengthen brand awareness, improve engagement, and support business growth. Working closely with marketing and creative teams, you’ll produce everything from short-form social videos and paid advertising creatives to explainer videos, educational content, and long-form productions. What You’ll Own Video Editing & Storytelling Edit raw footage into polished videos for: Social media Marketing campaigns Websites Internal training Branded content Create compelling stories through: Pacing Sequencing Transitions Visual flow Produce engaging short-form and long-form videos. Ensure every edit aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Deliver clean, professional content with exceptional attention to detail. Motion Graphics & Visual Branding Add: Titles Captions Lower thirds Callouts Logos Motion graphics Create simple animations and branded visual elements. Maintain consistency across all video deliverables. Elevate content through modern editing techniques and creative enhancements. Audio Editing & Color Correction Synchronize audio and video accurately. Improve sound quality through: Noise reduction Audio balancing Sound mastering Add licensed music and sound effects. Perform color correction and color grading to deliver polished final products. Multi-Platform Video Production Export videos optimized for: YouTube TikTok Instagram LinkedIn Facebook Company websites Deliver multiple aspect ratios and platform-specific formats. Optimize compression while maintaining high visual quality. Ensure every video is publishing-ready and aligned with platform best practices. Collaboration & Workflow Management Collaborate with: Marketing teams Creative leads Internal stakeholders Manage feedback and revision cycles efficiently. Maintain organized project files, raw footage, assets, and archives. Utilize collaboration platforms such as: Frame.io Google Drive Dropbox Similar project management tools Requirements Must-Have Qualifications 2+ years of professional video editing experience. Proficiency with at least one of: Adobe Premiere Pro DaVinci Resolve Final Cut Pro Strong understanding of: Storytelling Video pacing Audio editing Color correction Experience exporting content for social media and web platforms. Strong project organization and file management skills. Excellent attention to detail and time management. Reliable high-speed internet and professional remote workspace. Collaborate with stakeholders through review cycles. Maintain organized project files and documentation.
