What you'll do

  • Lead adoption and usage of advanced AI technologies across the operations organization
  • Stay on top of technology operational trends and AI advancements
  • Provide leadership, vision and strategy driving automation, stability, and availability of technology infrastructure
  • Drive innovation across security, data privacy, data and development operations and infrastructure
  • Define the technology operations strategy and roadmap
  • Define requirements for new technology implementations and communicate them to stakeholders
  • Partner with senior leaders to realize measurable outcomes
  • Drive execution of security, data, infrastructure and technology operations initiatives
  • Assess and communicate risks associated with technology investments
  • Support business growth initiatives by aligning technology operations vision with business strategy
  • Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for technology operations spending
  • Develop and implement people, process and technologies for customer demands
  • Define, maintain, and present metrics to executive and leadership team
  • Define, measure, and improve technology standards
  • Provide due diligence and technical assessments of potential acquisitions

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, or engineering
  • 15 years of experience managing technology operations (devops, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity)
  • Extensive knowledge and direct experience with AI tools and methodologies
  • Strong technical background with on-premise, hosted, and cloud hardware and software
  • Experience with operational technologies for deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of large scale SaaS platforms
  • Experience with hosting operations and cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Vendor relationship management and contract negotiation
  • Strong executive communication skills
  • Demonstrated success leading modernization and transformation initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity methodologies and practices
  • Demonstrated success leading large, diverse global teams
  • Expert knowledge of networks, operating systems, databases, application and web servers
  • Experience defining standardized operating procedures
  • Experience in strategic technology planning, execution, and policy development
  • Experience with business processes, management, and budgeting
  • Strong understanding of project management principles
  • Experience with acquisition due diligence and integrations
