What you'll do

  • Own and continuously refine Omada's investor relations strategy, equity story, and valuation narrative in partnership with the CEO and CFO
  • Serve as primary external representative to investors, analysts, and other capital markets participants, articulating strategy, financial performance, growth drivers, and long-term opportunity
  • Build, maintain and deepen relationships with current and prospective investors, including healthcare specialists, tead science crossover investors and long-only institutional shareholders
  • Lead proactive investor targeting and sourcing efforts to support a high-quality shareholder base aligned with long-term strategy
  • Develop deep understanding of how buy-side and sell-side stakeholders model Omada's business to tailor messaging and improve understanding
  • Oversee a working view of analyst models, consensus expectations, peer valuation frameworks, and driver of investor sentiment
  • Translate complex business, financial and healthcare dynamics into a compelling, differentiated investment thesis
  • Own the end-to-end quarterly earnings process: key messages, scripts, shareholder letter, Q&A preparation, investor materials, and post-call coordination
  • Partner with Finance, Legal and executive leadership on guidance philosophy, disclosure discipline, and consistency of external messaging
  • Prepare and review external communications: investor presentations, earnings materials, press releases, talking points, conference materials, annual report content
  • Monitor investor sentiment, analyst commentary, ownership trends, peer performance and market dynamics
  • Synthesize investor and analyst feedback for the executive team and Board, identifying disconnects and opportunities
  • Support broader capital markets activities: investor days, non-deal roadshows, financing-related communications and strategic initiatives

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field required; MBA and/or CFA preferred
  • 12+ years of relevant Capability in investor relations, equity research, investment management, corporate finance, or related capital markets roles
  • Significant public company investor relations experience; senior IR leadership at a publicly traded company strongly preferred
  • Healthcare digital health / healthcare technology or health care services experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with public company reporting, disclosure practices, earnings ~systems, and Regulation FD considerations
  • Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with executive-level stakeholders, deliver in audience-specific tone
