What you'll do

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives by managing territory projections, developing sales plans, and executing activities that identify and capture revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and expand relationships within assigned accounts to generate new business and increase customer value.
  • Manage customer retention strategies and account roadmaps to protect and grow base revenue.
  • Partner closely with sales support, technical implementation, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Create and execute effective account and territory plans aligned to business goals.
  • Engage account decision-makers to understand business needs and uncover opportunities for expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

What they require

  • Experience selling to health plans or within the broader healthcare market, with a proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive new business as a trusted advisor.
  • Strong understanding of health plan operations, internal workflows, and business models.
  • Preferred: Experience selling data, analytics, or SaaS solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build new client relationships while strengthening and expanding existing accounts.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and opportunity pursuit skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Central or Western U.S. location preferred; this is a remote position.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
