What you'll do

  • Own the design process from user research and UX strategy through wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity UI, design systems, and developer handoff
  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and behavioral analysis
  • Identify user needs, pain points, and friction across digital experiences
  • Translate research into: Personas, User journeys, User flows, Information architecture, Wireframes
  • Use behavioral and analytics tools such as Hotjar, FullStory, and Google Analytics to uncover opportunities for improvement
  • Recommend UX improvements based on qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Create low-fidelity wireframes to validate concepts and workflows
  • Build interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder review
  • Develop high-fidelity product mockups using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
  • Rapidly iterate based on user testing, stakeholder feedback, and QA findings
  • Clearly communicate interaction patterns and intended product behavior
  • Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces
  • Create responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile
  • Balance usability, aesthetics, accessibility, and business objectives
  • Design user flows and conversion paths that minimize friction
  • Ensure interfaces are visually polished and production-ready
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
  • Establish consistent standards for: Typography, Color, Spacing, Layouts, Components, Interaction patterns
  • Create reusable components that improve design and development efficiency
  • Maintain organized design files, assets, specifications, and documentation
  • Ensure consistency across products, features, and platforms
  • Apply WCAG accessibility standards throughout the design process
  • Consider contrast, readability, keyboard accessibility, responsiveness, and usability
  • Conduct usability reviews and identify opportunities to simplify workflows
  • Improve task completion, navigation, conversion paths, and overall product usability
  • Work closely with: Product Managers, Developers, QA, Leadership
  • Participate in sprint planning, product discussions, and feature prioritization
  • Collaborate with engineering throughout implementation rather than only at handoff
  • Deliver developer-ready designs using Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin, or InVision Inspect
  • Provide clear specifications, assets, and interaction documentation
  • Review implemented designs and help resolve inconsistencies before release
  • Analyze user behavior and identify UX opportunities
  • Create user flows and wireframes for new features
  • Build and test interactive prototypes
  • Design polished, responsive interfaces in Figma
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering during sprint execution
  • Refine and expand the product’s design system
  • Conduct usability reviews and incorporate feedback
  • Prepare developer-ready designs and specifications
  • Review implementation to ensure design quality and consistency
  • Turn user needs and business requirements into intuitive, scalable, and visually polished digital products

What they require

  • 2+ years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating: UX problem-solving, UI craftsmanship, Responsive design, Product design thinking
  • Advanced proficiency with: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
  • Experience creating: User flows, Wireframes, Interactive prototypes, High-fidelity interfaces, Responsive layouts, Design systems
  • Strong understanding of: UX and usability principles, Interaction design, Accessibility, Responsive and mobile-first design
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote product environment
  • You think about user journeys and product problems, not just individual screens
  • You combine strong visual design skills with practical UX thinking
  • You can explain the reasoning behind your design decisions
  • You’re comfortable using research and data to challenge assumptions

  • Experience conducting A/B tests or design experiments
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams through implementation
  • Love solving user problems through design
  • Have a strong UX/UI portfolio
  • Are highly proficient in Figma
  • Can take a product from research and wireframes through polished UI
