What you'll do

  • Gather insights through client conversations, internal stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and product teams.
  • Define and document user journeys, key use cases, task flows, and interaction models for complex B2B web applications.
  • Create wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate ideas and explore solutions.
  • Evaluate design concepts through stakeholder reviews, client feedback sessions, prototype walkthroughs, and lightweight usability validation.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and domain experts to clarify requirements and support the user throughout development.
  • Prepare clear, structured design specifications and support material for Frontend Developers.
  • Apply existing design patterns and components consistently and contribute to the design system and component library.

What they require

  • At least 3 years of professional UX or Product Design experience, ideally within an in-house product team.
  • Experience designing complex B2B web applications, data-heavy products, or enterprise software.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving approach and design process.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, design documentation, and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with, or an interest in learning, AI-assisted and “vibe coding” tools for rapid ideation and prototyping.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility principles and WCAG standards.
