Mid-level Capital Markets/Financial Analyst, 3+ years in US consumer financial services. Must be based in the Philippines and able to work US Pacific time 10 AM–7 PM. Role focuses on reporting, funds flow reconciliation, covenant monitoring, and securitization/capital markets analysis.

What you'll do

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reporting and explanations of changes to the borrowing base or asset sale base with warehouse lines/purchasers.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly estimation, analysis, and reconciliation of funds flow/funds matching / draws from various bank accounts.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly applications and reconciliation of the payment waterfalls to multiple investors and stakeholders.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reporting and follow-ups on covenants built into Flow purchase/warehouse line agreements.
  • Work with engineers to develop automated reports specific to the capital market9s function.

What they require

  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in US consumer financial services companies in performance analysis and reporting
  • Must be based in the Philippines
  • Flexibility to work US Pacific time 10 AM to 7 PM (with a 1-hour break time in between)
  • Preferably with Capital Markets experience providing analysis and reports to Capital Partners; securitization analytics experience is a plus
