- Write tailored, high-converting proposals with no copy-paste templates
- Manage bids, respond to client messages, and book discovery calls
- Hand off closed projects to the delivery team
- Track Connects spend, response rates, and close rates
🔑 Requirements:
- 1+ year of hands-on Upwork bidding experience with a track record of won projects
- Strong written English and persuasive proposal writing
