What you'll do

  • Own marketing strategy and deliverables across multiple high-complexity projects
  • Lead development of target product profiles, value propositions, positioning, and business cases
  • Integrate clinical insights into marketing strategy ensuring product concepts reflect patient outcomes and clinical evidence
  • Lead market opportunity analyses including competitive assessment and unmet need identification
  • Prioritize geographic launch markets based on commercial potential, regulatory pathway, and operational readiness
  • Build out robust business cases including revenue projections, NPV analyses, cost of goods considerations, and pricing strategies
  • Partner with Finance to model project scenarios and assess financial impact
  • Identify risks and opportunities impacting financial, clinical, or operational outcomes
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison on the new product core team
  • Align marketing inputs with cross-functional plans, timelines, and operational constraints
  • Collaborate with PMO to ensure stage-gate readiness
  • Partner with Global Downstream and Regional Marketing for launch readiness and go-to-market alignment
  • Work with R&D, regulatory, and Medical Affairs to ensure clinical feasibility, safety, and evidence integration
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and R&D to assess cost of goods assumptions, product availability, scale up needs, and global launch readiness

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in upstream or downstream product marketing
  • Strong financial and business case acumen including revenue modeling, NPV analyses, and pricing strategies
  • Experience with stage-gate processes and tools
  • Track record of collaborating cross-functionally to deliver actionable recommendations
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in an action-oriented and high accountability environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
