🎯 Our Core Values
- Passion & CuriosityYou are naturally curious and love understanding how things really work. You ask why, learn fast, and enjoy exploring the game behind the game: users, algorithms, markets, competitors, incentives, psychology, and technology.
- Performance & ActionYou turn ideas into action. You ship, test, measure, and improve. You focus on outcomes, not activity, and you understand that real performance is measured by impact, not meetings, messages, or hours worked.
- Honesty & OwnershipYou tell the truth early, take responsibility, and communicate clearly. You do not blame, hide, or wait. When something is unclear, you clarify it. When something is broken, you help fix it. When you own something, you drive it forward.
