What you'll do

  • Work with the Head of Supply to translate company priorities into an actionable regional supply plan.
  • Map the status quo of the supply network, identify critical gaps, and define what is needed to drive commercial impact and regional profitability.
  • Partner with TPDA, TXM, and Sales & Ops to optimize digital supply chains, improve operational efficiency, and boost profitability.
  • Source and contract new suppliers to diversify travel product categories across the assigned territory and open new revenue streams.
  • Secure best-in-market rates, override structures, and contract terms that directly improve margin.
  • Introduce new industry contacts and leverage your network to keep Tourlane ahead of the competition.
  • Anticipate risks to current and future supply lines, including market shifts, supplier dependencies, and mix-and-match threats, and build viable option spaces.
  • Drive growth across revenue, conversion, margin, and digitization through a well-executed supply strategy.
  • Set clear quarterly milestones aligned to company-wide targets, including new product launches, US market expansion, digitization, and sustainable profitability.

What they require

  • Mid/Senior level experience in travel supply with DMC, bedbanks, OTAs, or tour operators.
  • Deep supply procurement and contracting knowledge in package holiday travel, including T&Cs, payment, credit limits, and cancellation.
  • Proven track record in negotiating rates and commercial override deals.
  • Strong understanding of travel product categories and rate structures in supply.
  • Solid grasp of digital supply and API connectivity.
  • Ability to model upside/downside scenarios and build viable option spaces.
  • Excellent communication skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Supplier contracting and sourcing expertise: able to find, evaluate, and contract the right suppliers and understand what makes a supply deal work end to end.
  • Digital travel supply knowledge: understands digital supply chains, API connectivity, and how travel tech works in a fragmented package holiday segment.
  • Commercial negotiation skills: able to secure best-in-market rates, overrides, and terms, and close deals.
  • Travel supply pricing and distribution expertise: understands rate structures, travel product categories, and how pricing and distribution models work in the market and drive margin.
  • Strategic and business decision-making: solution-driven, realistic, decisive, and able to weigh upside and downside.
  • Ownership and startup/scale-up mindset: flexible attitude, owns outputs end to end, and thrives in fast-moving environments.
