EXPLORE YOUR NEXT ADVENTURE WITH US!
Welcome to Tourlane! We're a tech company on a mission to provide the best experience in travel.
We provide fully personalized, multi-stop trips to 50+ destinations around the world and counting. With over 150,000 travelers in the DACH region, France and the US, we’re on our way to becoming Europe’s leading travel company.
We know that vacation time is precious. Our goal is to help customers discover the world and create lasting memories. We focus on creating tailor-made experiences for our customers because we believe life is too short for standard travel.
We're looking for a Supply Manager to join our team and embark on this journey with us. Reporting to the Head of Supply, you'll own the shape and performance of supply across your assigned region — sourcing and contracting suppliers, managing supplier operations, negotiating deals, and turning our supply network into a true commercial engine.
This is a hands-on commercial role in a scale-up, not a corporate. You'll be in the deals, the data, and the day-to-day operations— building relationships, closing contracts, and translating strategy into results with impact.
What you'll do:
- Turn strategy into action: Work closely with the Head of Supply to translate company priorities into an actionable regional supply plan.
- Own the regional supply picture: Map the status quo of our supply network, identify critical gaps, and define what's needed to drive commercial impact and regional profitability.
- Streamline and scale: Partner with TPDA, TXM, and Sales & Ops to optimize digital supply chains, improve operational efficiency, and boost profitability.
- Expand the portfolio: Source and contract new suppliers to diversify travel product categories across your territory and open new revenue streams.
- Negotiate market-leading terms: Secure best-in-market rates, override structures, and contract terms that directly move the margin needle.
- Bring the market in: Introduce new industry contacts and leverage your network to keep Tourlane ahead of the competition.
- See around corners: Anticipate risks to current and future supply lines — market shifts, supplier dependencies, mix-and-match threats — and build viable option spaces.
- Deliver on KPIs: Drive growth across revenue, conversion, margin, and digitization through a well-executed supply strategy.
- Track and deliver: Set clear, quarterly milestones aligned to company-wide targets, including new product launches, US market expansion, digitization, and sustainable profitability.
What you'll bring:
- Mid/Senior level experience in travel supply with DMC, bedbanks, OTAs, tour operators.
- Deep supply procurement and contracting knowledge in package holiday travel (T&Cs, payment, credit limits, cancellation)
- Proven track record in negotiating rates and commercial overrides deals.
- Strong understanding of travel product categories and rate structures in supply
- Solid grasp of digital supply and API connectivity
- Ability to model upside/downside scenarios and build viable option spaces
- Excellent communication skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Fluent in English.
Skills we're looking for:
- Supplier Contracting & Sourcing Expertise: You know how to find, evaluate, and contract the right suppliers — and you understand what makes a supply deal work end to end.
- Digital Travel Supply Knowledge: You understand digital supply chains, API connectivity, and how travel tech works in a fragmented package holiday segment. .
- Commercial Negotiation Skills: Charming but cut-throat — you secure best-in-market rates, overrides, and terms, and you know how to close.
- Travel Supply Pricing & Distribution Expertise: You understand rate structures, travel product categories, and how pricing and distribution models work in the market and drive margin.
- Strategic & Business Decision-Making: Solution-driven but careful — realistic, decisive, and able to weigh upside and downside with a clear will to win.
- Ownership & Startup/Scale-Up Mindset: Flexible, "no box" attitude with a "can-achieve" mentality — you own outputs end to end and thrive in fast-moving environments.
