What You'll Do
- Research travel options based on client preferences, needs, and budgets
- Assist with reservations for hotels, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, and other travel services
- Compare available options, amenities, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate reservation details and help organize travel itineraries
- Communicate with clients regarding booking information, updates, and important deadlines
- Research transportation, activities, excursions, and destination services when needed
- Maintain accurate and organized client and reservation information
- Assist with changes or updates to existing travel arrangements
- Stay informed about destinations, travel products, and supplier resources
- Provide professional support throughout the reservation and travel planning process
