What you'll do

  • Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files, Master Files and benchmarking studies.
  • Support the development, implementation and maintenance of SGS transfer pricing policies and intercompany pricing models.
  • Draft and manage intercompany agreements in cooperation with Legal, Finance and business stakeholders.
  • Provide transfer pricing advice to regional and local teams, helping to address complex business and tax matters.
  • Support transfer pricing audits, APAs, MAPs and other tax controversy projects.
  • Participate in M&A, business integration and process improvement initiatives, including the implementation of transfer pricing technologies.

What they require

  • 3+ years of professional experience in transfer pricing, preferably within a multinational environment.
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Law, or a similar discipline.
  • Solid understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and international transfer pricing principles.
  • Experience in preparing or reviewing Local Files, Master Files, benchmarking studies, and intercompany agreements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
  • Experience working with transfer pricing databases and research tools (e.g., Moody's, Bureau van Dijk, RoyaltyStat, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data-driven working methods.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across different countries and functions.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a global environment.
