О компании Крипто-крипто обменник (b2c). Продукт в бета-режиме, готовимся к выходу на рынок Канады (получаем лицензию). Плоская структура: работаешь напрямую с Product Owner и in-house разработчиком. Никакой бюрократии — delivery first.
▪️Обязанности ▫️Источники: запускать и масштабировать X (Twitter), Brave, Google Ads, Meta, hidden-трафик и крипто-сетки. ▫️Grey Hat: разворачивать инфраструктуру (клоака, антидетект, прокси, фарминг, трастовые платежки). ▫️Тесты и аналитика: непрерывные A/B тесты, настройка трекинга (UTM, GTM), контроль CPA, CPL, ROMI.
▪️Кого ищем ▫️В трафике от 3 лет, из них 1–2 года — в серой зоне (Crypto / Web3 / Fintech). ▫️Умеешь запускать кампании «под ключ» и работать с агрессивной средой (банами).
▪️Условия ▫️Оплата: 2000 USDT фикс + бонус за целевое действие (при удержании Target CPA). ▫️Ресурсы: бюджет на спенд и все расходники (софт, аккаунты, инфраструктура) оплачиваем мы. ▫️Полная удаленка, фуллтайм. ▫️Синхрон с командой по GMT+3 (гибкий старт до 13:00).
