About the Role

We are looking for a TikTok Shop, Influencer & Social Media Manager to own and grow TikTok as a commerce and marketing channel across multiple client accounts. This role combines TikTok Shop operations, influencer and creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, UGC, social media management, and content strategy. The ideal candidate understands how to turn TikTok activity into measurable business results, with a strong focus on GMV, conversion, creator performance, and revenue. You will manage TikTok Shop storefronts, source and negotiate with creators, coordinate affiliate and UGC programs, support Live Shopping initiatives, manage TikTok content calendars, and work closely with creative, media buying, and account teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, commercially minded, TikTok-native, and comfortable managing multiple brands and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

TikTok Shop & Social Commerce

• Set up, maintain, and optimize TikTok Shop storefronts across assigned client accounts.
• Manage product catalogs, listings, pricing, and product information in coordination with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Build and manage creator affiliate and commission programs to drive TikTok Shop sales.
• Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of TikTok Live Shopping events.
• Monitor TikTok Shop performance, including GMV, conversion rate, AOV, and product-level performance.
• Monitor TikTok Shop policies, platform updates, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with TikTok Shop agencies, vendors, and other external partners when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve storefront performance, creator-driven sales, and overall TikTok commerce results.

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

• Research, identify, and evaluate TikTok creators and influencers based on audience, engagement, content quality, brand fit, niche, and product alignment.
• Source creators for influencer campaigns, affiliate programs, UGC, and paid advertising.
• Build and maintain organized creator pipelines and databases across multiple client accounts.
• Conduct creator outreach and negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, commissions, and campaign terms.
• Manage creator onboarding, gifting/seeding logistics, contracts, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate content reviews and approvals with creators before publishing.
• Maintain strong creator relationships and represent each client's brand voice in creator-facing communications.
• Track creator-level performance, ROI, sales, and repeat partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate creator payments and invoicing with internal teams.

TikTok Content & Social Media Management

• Own and maintain TikTok content calendars for assigned client accounts.
• Research TikTok trends, sounds, formats, competitors, and emerging content opportunities.
• Develop content concepts, hooks, captions, scripts, and creative directions in collaboration with the content and creative teams.
• Coordinate with designers, editors, media buyers, and account managers to ensure content is produced and delivered on time.
• Review short-form content and UGC for quality, brand alignment, and advertising effectiveness.
• Identify TikTok content and creator assets that can be repurposed for Meta Ads and other paid channels.
• Manage day-to-day TikTok community engagement, including comments and DMs, while maintaining the appropriate brand voice.
• Monitor TikTok analytics and use performance insights to improve future content and campaigns.

Cross-Client Operations

• Manage TikTok Shop, creator, and social media initiatives across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Maintain accurate ClickUp tasks, project timelines, creator records, and campaign documentation.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for TikTok Shop, creator partnerships, affiliate programs, and social media workflows.
• Maintain client-specific documentation and onboarding materials for new creators and accounts.
• Coordinate deadlines, resources, approvals, payments, and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify competing priorities, potential delays, and resourcing conflicts before they affect deadlines.
• Provide regular performance updates and communicate campaign progress, challenges, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Competencies and Qualifications Must-Have

• 2–5 years of experience managing TikTok Shop, influencer/creator programs, social commerce, or a closely related role.
• Hands-on experience launching, setting up, or managing TikTok Shop accounts.
• Experience working with physical products and e-commerce brands.
• Proven experience sourcing, evaluating, and managing TikTok creators and influencers.
• Experience negotiating creator rates, deliverables, usage rights, commissions, and campaign terms.
• Experience managing creator affiliate programs or TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns.
• Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, short-form content, and creator marketing.
• Experience managing multiple brands, clients, or workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop performance metrics, including GMV, conversion rate, and AOV.
• Ability to evaluate creator and content performance using data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional creator-facing communication.
• Excellent organizational, project management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue, conversion, and measurable business results.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience managing TikTok Shop for products with an AOV of $50+.
• Experience with successful TikTok Shop launches or campaigns with measurable GMV and conversion results.
• Experience with TikTok Live Shopping.
• Experience with TikTok Creator Marketplace.
• Experience with influencer sourcing platforms such as GRIN, Aspire, Modash, or similar tools.
• Experience with TikTok Ads Manager or Meta Business Suite.
• DTC, e-commerce, or Shopify experience.
• Experience with affiliate marketing and creator-led commerce.
• Experience managing social media communities, comments, and DMs.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar creative tools.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gamma for content, research, and workflow support.
• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management platforms.
• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar productivity tools.
