Your Career Opportunity

In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Dynamics Engineering Manager on full-time hours and working from home remotely.

As a Test Engineer, you’ll have a direct impact on delivering well-crafted solutions to technical problems as part of a cross-functional engineering team. Collaborating with our Innovation teams, you will:

Analyze requirements and technical designs, contributing to test planning and applying shift-left testing practices Design, execute, and maintain manual tests, supporting defect investigation and ensuring software meets quality standards

Monitor test results and defects, contributing to root cause analysis and release readiness assessments

Develop and maintain automated tests as appropriate, alongside unit, integration, and end-to-end testing practices

Participate in code reviews and follow established engineering processes, ways of working, and documentation standards

Support junior colleagues, promote testing best practices, and contribute positively to team culture and continuous improvement

What You'll Offer

Previous professional experience testing CRM platforms, with hands-on experience validating business processes, workflows, integrations, and data

Advanced English proficiency

Solid experience in manual software testing, including test planning, test case design, execution, defect reporting, and regression testing

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to investigate issues and identify potential root causes

Experience using testing and collaboration tools such as TestRail, Postman, Jira, Confluence Good understanding of API testing, SQL, and web-based applications, with an ability to work effectively with technical teams
