What you'll do

  • Prospecting New Business: drive outbound lead generation, attend local cattle auctions and industry association events, field inbound leads and manage administrative tasks.
  • In-Field Sales: meet customers on ranches; perform hands-on demonstrations and relationship-building activities in the field.
  • Expanding Existing Opportunities: identify upsell opportunities with existing customers.
  • Hitting Sales Targets: manage pipeline and achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Customer Account Management: maintain close relationships post-sale and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Territory Ownership: own the Southern Arkansas territory, build local stakeholder relationships.
  • Customer Onboarding: own end-to-end onboarding experience and ensure smooth deployment.
  • Field Learnings & Feedback: gather and advocate customer feedback to internal teams.
  • Collaborating with Support Teams: work with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Attending Industry Events: participate in industry and company events to generate leads.
  • Contributing to the US Sales Strategy: provide input to optimize sales processes for US market.

What they require

  • Driven attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Ranching / Cattle Experience: knowledge of ranching or cattle operations (preferred).
  • Sales & Customer Success Expertise: proven history creating new business opportunities and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Territory Management experience: experience managing a large territory with focus on sales and customer success, ideally within agriculture or technology.
  • Problem solving & collaboration ability: resourceful and quick-thinking, works well cross-functionally.
  • Willingness to Travel: frequent travel within territory required.
