Telehealth Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) Location: Mississippi Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday About the Position Join a remote care team providing accessible mental health services to clients throughout Mississippi. This role is centered around direct therapy work, where you’ll meet with clients virtually, guide treatment conversations, and help individuals navigate challenges affecting their emotional well-being. The position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the flexibility to practice remotely while maintaining the clinical responsibilities of assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing client support. What You’ll Do Manage a scheduled caseload and conduct virtual therapy appointments Establish a strong therapeutic connection with clients through online sessions Explore client concerns and identify areas where support is needed Help clients work through emotional challenges, relationship concerns, and life changes Use your clinical experience to guide treatment decisions and adjust care when appropriate Keep client records, progress notes, and required documentation up to date Communicate with the care team when collaboration is needed Maintain professional boundaries and follow Mississippi clinical practice requirements Requirements Must hold an active Mississippi license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LPC-S), or Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) Experience delivering counseling, therapy, or behavioral health services Comfortable working with clients through secure telehealth technology Strong documentation and clinical communication skills Ability to manage a remote caseload with professionalism and consistency Benefits 2 weeks of paid time off Health insurance coverage 401(k) plan with a 3% company match Submit your application today!
