Job Title: Technical Sourcer Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Employment Type: Full-time
As a Technical Sourcer, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying highly technical candidates for our clients. Working closely with Technical Recruiters, you'll develop sourcing strategies, build targeted talent pipelines, conduct initial outreach, and generate qualified candidate interviews.
