What you'll do

  • Prepare, perform, and maintain customer installations of DeepHealth's AI medical imaging software.
  • Gather customer requirements and installation environment details.
  • Provide expert technical support to customers and partners, troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery and implementation workflows.
  • Be available for on-call rotation as required.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in platform engineering and medical imaging.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (required).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in systems engineering (5+ years preferred).
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, or Bash).
  • Solid knowledge of Linux, networking, and security.
  • Experience with public/private cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
  • Experience troubleshooting DockerKubernetes containers and container orchestration.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling (Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD).
  • Knowledge of monitoring platforms and observability stacks (GCP/AWS/Azure).
  • Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Experience with DICOM standards strongly preferred, including PACS, RIS, and modality integrations.
