DICOM/medical-imaging experience is strongly preferred.

What you'll do
- Prepare, install, and maintain DeepHealth's AI medical imaging software at customer sites, integrating with existing IT infrastructure
- Gather customer requirements and installation environment details for smooth deployments
- Provide expert technical support to customers and partners, troubleshooting and responding to incidents
- Participate in an on-call rotation and be available to support customers outside regular hours
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration
- Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices
- Stay current on platform engineering and medical imaging trends
What they require
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in systems engineering or similar (required); 5+ years preferred
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with DICOM standards, networking protocols, and medical imaging workflows strongly preferred (PACS, RIS, modality integrations)
- Ability to work independently and on cross-functional teams; excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluent in English and German (Required)
