You will work closely with customers, engineering teams, testing organizations, and regulatory authorities to ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, quality, and compliance. How You'll Make an Impact Lead technical sales activities from opportunity identification through order booking. Drive product homologation and end-user approval processes across key markets. Provide expert technical guidance and product support to customers and internal stakeholders. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives. Coordinate product testing, certification activities, and technical documentation. Collaborate with regulatory agencies and testing laboratories to ensure compliance. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities. Build strong customer relationships and gather valuable feedback to enhance business success. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in technical sales, ideally within transformer bushings or related transformer components. Strong technical understanding of transformer construction and component applications. Experience managing product homologation, certification, and regulatory compliance activities. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to collaborate across global teams and willingness to travel up to 30%-40%, including domestic and international travel.
