What you'll do

  • Set up and run a continuous operational sync across the 1K5° EMS domain, ensuring that surrounding teams stay connected and share clear ownership of cross-team topics
  • Keep a close eye on technical and operational timelines across different engineering tracks, highlighting potential bottlenecks and resolving blockers before they impact key milestones
  • Maintain a clear view of project progress, helping to communicate deadlines and delivery risks accurately back to the wider leadership
  • Link our individual stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to streamline day-to-day operations and quickly resolve operational issues
  • Continuously find ways to improve how we track our progress, using automated reporting structures or dashboards to keep our roadmap visible, simple, and up to date

What they require

  • Completed a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably with a focus on the tech or engineering domain or a comparable field
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in technical project management, IT project planning, consulting, or an operational role within a fast-paced tech environment
  • Understand how software engineering and product teams work together, making it easy for you to read technical requirements and follow engineering development cycles
  • Highly organized and comfortable working with modern agile project management, documentation, and roadmap tools (such as Linear, Notion, or equivalent)
  • Highly proactive, outcome-oriented hands-on mentality. You enjoy taking complex or unclear operational challenges, turning them into clean workflows, and driving them forward independently
  • Excellent communicator and a skilled moderator. You know how to balance diplomacy with assertiveness, allowing you to align different teams smoothly while keeping everyone accountable to project timelines
