Coinbase is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the GFCO Analytics Engineering team. This role involves defining and executing the data roadmap for Customer Experience and Compliance Operations, ensuring timely delivery of data products, and improving processes.
📋 Responsibilities include:
- Own the CX Analytics Engineering roadmap, distilling requests from Operations, Compliance, Risk, WFM, BizOps, and Product teams into a prioritized backlog.
- Drive program execution across data models, pipelines, dashboards, and regulatory reporting.
- Build and automate project management processes to reduce operational overhead.
- Partner with leadership and engineering teams to resolve dependencies and ensure data accuracy.
- Implement testing, monitoring, and documentation standards.
