What you'll do

  • Own the product lifecycle from discovery and feature definition through technical delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • Translate leadership’s vision into a focused roadmap with clear priorities, trade-offs, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Design, map, and prioritize core platform experiences including mystery pack unboxings, case-style battles, item rarity tiers, reward multipliers, affiliate hooks, loyalty systems, digital inventories, and physical fulfillment flows.
  • Balance user excitement with sustainable product economics including odds, reward values, house margins, and inventory availability.
  • Build and maintain the product roadmap and technical backlog from scratch.
  • Break complex product ideas into detailed user stories, technical acceptance criteria, system requirements, edge cases, and API dependencies for Engineering.
  • Partner with Engineering to define and implement provably fair systems, crypto payment flows, wallet connections, blockchain interactions, and real-time Web3 or on-chain events.
  • Pressure-test assumptions before major engineering work using competitive research, user feedback, rapid prototypes, product data, and controlled experiments.
  • Stay close to the CS2, Web3 gaming, iGaming, collectibles, and gamified-commerce ecosystems.
  • Guide Product Designers in creating intuitive, high-energy experiences that balance casino-style visual excitement with e-commerce usability.
  • Review user flows, Figma wireframes, and prototypes for conversion, clarity, pacing, and reward feedback.
  • Act as the central product hub between Engineering, Design, Operations, and Leadership.
  • Keep sprint cycles moving quickly, remove ambiguity, resolve product blockers, and make trade-offs between speed, scope, and technical complexity.
  • Define success metrics for major features and use product data to evaluate launches, including activation, conversion, engagement, repeat purchases, retention, reward behavior, and redemption rates.
  • Own the user experience connecting digital wins to physical goods.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Engineering on inventory states, product availability, substitutions, shipping selections, vault functionality, redemption rules, and fulfillment edge cases.

What they require

  • Experience owning and shipping technical consumer products in at least one highly relevant environment: Web3 or crypto gaming, iGaming or casino-style products, CS2 skin economies or case-opening platforms, gamified marketplaces or e-commerce, or digital collectibles or reward-based consumer applications.
  • Deep familiarity with unboxing and odds dynamics, including case openings, case battles, item rarity tiers, reward multipliers, house edges, provably fair systems, and progression mechanics.
  • Hands-on experience building or managing products involving crypto payments, wallet connections, blockchain transactions, digital assets, or Web3 user flows.
  • Strong understanding of modern web/mobile architecture, APIs, databases, authentication, event-driven systems, third-party integrations, and technical trade-offs.
  • Strong product judgment and ability to evaluate features based on user value, business impact, technical effort, risk, and long-term product health.
  • Experience defining product metrics, evaluating user behavior, and using quantitative and qualitative insights to improve a consumer product after launch.
  • Experience working in fast-moving, low-process environments where priorities change, resources are limited, and speed matters.
  • Based in the United States, Canada, or Latin America and able to collaborate effectively with a distributed remote team.
  • Preferred: Professional or substantial personal familiarity with CS2 skins, Steam inventory systems, skin marketplaces, case-opening products, case battles, upgrades, trading, item pricing, or related monetization models.
  • Preferred: Understanding of how digital rewards connect to physical shipping, vault inventory, marketplace fulfillment, returns, substitutions, or e-commerce operations.
  • Preferred: Strong visual taste and ability to review Figma wireframes, user journeys, micro-interactions, and final designs through conversion rate optimization, usability, and reward psychology.
  • Preferred: Experience working with virtual economies, two-sided marketplaces, digital inventories, collectibles, loyalty systems, affiliate programs, or user-generated supply and demand.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with product and regulatory considerations around randomized rewards, geographic restrictions, age controls, responsible gaming, crypto payments, and consumer protection.
