Technical Product Manager for internal engineering products and platforms, based in France with monthly onsite presence in Bordeaux. Needs a strong technical background in software/platform engineering, architecture, cloud-based systems, distributed systems, and fluent English.

What you'll do

  • Define and evolve the vision and roadmap of technical products and engineering platforms.
  • Understand the needs of internal users and transform them into valuable product opportunities.
  • Prioritize initiatives by balancing user value, engineering constraints, and long-term sustainability.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, and business stakeholders to align priorities and maximize impact.
  • Measure product adoption, collect feedback, and continuously improve the developer experience.
  • Promote a product mindset by using data, user insights, and collaboration to drive decision-making.

What they require

  • Solid technical background and enjoyment of solving complex problems while keeping user value at the center of every decision.
  • Previous experience as a Product Manager is a plus.
  • Experienced engineers or technical leaders looking to grow into Product Management are welcome.
  • Significant experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Architecture, or another technical leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of modern cloud-based architectures and large-scale distributed systems.
  • Experience working on technical platforms, developer tools, or internal products.
  • Genuine interest in Product Management and product strategy.
  • Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Data-informed mindset and ability to balance short-term needs with long-term vision.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to communicate, challenge ideas, design solutions, and write code.
  • On-site presence required 4 days a month in Bordeaux.
