What you'll do

  • Take ownership of product delivery, client success, and roadmap strategy
  • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure clients realise tangible value from the platform
  • Work across technology, delivery, and stakeholder management, with a focus on scaling, automation, and continuous improvement
  • Own and manage the end-to-end product roadmap
  • Oversee priorities from initial concept through to delivery
  • Align product development with client needs and business objectives
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders
  • Build long-term client relationships focused on outcomes
  • Improve processes using data, feedback, and insight
  • Identify opportunities to automate and optimise workflows
  • Work closely with development and consultancy teams
  • Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making
  • Lead and develop a team of consultants and specialists
  • Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and team meetings
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and development
  • Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear technical outputs
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with growth
  • Take ownership of delivery across product and custom development

What they require

  • Strong blend of accountancy and software experience
  • Trained as an accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) before moving into a software, product, or technology role
  • Built a career within the software/SaaS sector, working specifically with accountancy or financial services clients, with deep domain expertise in practice workflows, compliance, or tax
  • Proven experience in product management within SaaS, professional services, or managed services
  • Strong understanding of financial services or accountancy environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and organised way
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with a focus on team development
  • Remote working with regular client and London office engagement (minimum once per month)
