What you'll do

  • Respond to technical support inquiries and tickets within established SLAs, ensuring timely communication and professional client interactions.
  • Independently troubleshoot integration, tracking, and attribution issues across affiliate platforms including Impact, Partnerize, CJ, ShareASale, and other performance marketing technologies.
  • Diagnose discrepancies in tracking, reporting, and data accuracy while identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and preventative recommendations to strengthen team knowledge and improve operational efficiency.
  • Escalate complex issues when appropriate while serving as the primary owner through resolution.
  • Lead technical onboarding activities for new clients, including affiliate tracking implementations, pixel deployments, server-to-server/postback integrations, and quality assurance.
  • Configure, validate, and troubleshoot integrations involving Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), affiliate platforms, and marketing technologies.
  • Perform comprehensive QA on tracking implementations, product feeds, and conversion validation before client launch.
  • Execute end-to-end testing to ensure accurate click, conversion, and attribution tracking across platforms.
  • Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful technical implementations.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, SOPs, implementation guides, and client configuration records.
  • Develop documentation for recurring issues and recommended best practices to improve team efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to automate or streamline technical workflows and contribute to process improvements.
  • Stay current on changes across affiliate platforms, analytics tools, browser privacy updates, and industry best practices.
  • Partner with Client Services, Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to ensure technical deliverables support client objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance during client onboarding, launches, and ongoing program optimization.
  • Support internal training initiatives by sharing technical knowledge and implementation best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior technical team members on complex integrations and emerging technologies.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in technical operations, marketing technology, implementation support, or digital marketing operations.
  • Hands-on experience working with affiliate or performance marketing networks such as Impact, Partnerize, CJ, Awin, Rakuten Advertising, ShareASale, or similar platforms.
  • Experience implementing and troubleshooting affiliate tracking technologies, conversion pixels, postbacks/server-to-server tracking, and attribution solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and web analytics.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, HTML, JavaScript, browser developer tools, and web technologies used for troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate technical issues independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Highly organized, responsive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
