Your Role As a Technical Customer Support Specialist , you'll be the trusted point of contact for Dutch-speaking Mercedes-Benz customers, helping them with vehicle-related questions and technical support across phone, email and chat. Your daily work will include: Providing professional technical support to Mercedes-Benz customers Assisting with vehicle features, products and connected services Troubleshooting customer issues and finding effective solutions Guiding customers through processes clearly and confidently Delivering the premium customer experience Mercedes-Benz is known for You'll receive fully paid training, so you'll gain the knowledge and confidence needed to support customers successfully.
