What you'll do

  • Act as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams for implementations and expansion opportunities
  • Guide integration, configuration, and system design
  • Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess requirements and propose scalable solutions
  • Support technical workstreams with onboarding specialists and implementation leads
  • Help customers solve technical hurdles and implement Ramp effectively
  • Participate in technical discovery to understand customer systems and workflows
  • Recommend best-fit Ramp architecture, including API usage
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across HRIS and accounting integration partners
  • Troubleshoot integration blockers and guide complex configuration decisions
  • Contribute to internal documentation and tooling for integration use cases
  • Influence product roadmap by sharing customer pain points and feedback

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
  • 2+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Experience ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and finance/accounting workflows
  • Comfort working with integration logic and system architecture and explaining them to finance and operations stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical solutions into business value
  • Ability to guide customers toward scalable approaches and steer conversations around best practices and product capabilities
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
  • Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills with ownership and bias toward action
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
