What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Client and the maintenance organization for both airframe and engine matters.
  • Act as a trusted technical representative throughout the lifecycle of aircraft maintenance events.
  • Manage and coordinate client needs across routine maintenance, minor unscheduled findings, major scheduled inspections, and Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations for airframes, engines, and related systems.
  • Utilize Product Line Specialists (PLS) as needed to support events requiring specialized assistance.
  • Act as an advocate for the Client and provide expert guidance to support informed decision-making.
  • Balance airworthiness, operational impact, cost control, and schedule adherence.
