What you'll do

  • Own GTM Tech business intake across Sales Ops, CS Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, and adjacent teams.
  • Engage early with stakeholders to understand the underlying problem rather than only the requested solution.
  • Act as an SME across assigned GTM domains and advise on best practices, trade-offs, and system capabilities.
  • Challenge unclear, mis-scoped, or solution-led requests and reframe them into clear what/why/outcome definitions.
  • Ensure all work entering delivery meets high standards for clarity, intent, and prioritization.
  • Translate business needs into structured technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with GTM Architects and Developers to shape scalable, maintainable solutions before sprint work begins.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and downstream impacts such as data, permissions, and integrations early.
  • Maintain consistency in how requirements are documented, reviewed, and approved across the team.
  • Lead and manage a team of GTM Systems Analysts with clear expectations for quality, ownership, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coach analysts on discovery and requirement gathering.
  • Coach analysts on translating ambiguity into clarity.
  • Coach analysts on operating confidently with senior business stakeholders.
  • Coach analysts on understanding GTM systems end-to-end rather than only tickets.
  • Establish and enforce intake standards, templates, and ways of working.
  • Support individual development plans, skill growth, and progression within the team.
  • Act as the bridge between Business and GTM Engineering to set delivery teams up for success.
  • Ensure work entering sprint is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned to broader GTM strategy.
  • Partner with the GTM Engineering Delivery Manager to improve flow, throughput, and predictability.
  • Support UAT readiness by ensuring business owners understand intent, scope, and acceptance criteria.
  • Promote data discipline by ensuring requirements consider data quality, reporting, and downstream consumers.
  • Support governance by documenting business logic, process decisions, and system behaviours.
  • Ensure documentation is clear, accessible, and reusable for technical teams and business users.

What they require

  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience with advanced certifications.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and tools like Gong, Outreach, and ChiliPiper.
  • Experience with GTM technologies like HubSpot, Gainsight, and DeaHub.
  • Skill with enterprise integration tools such as Syncari, Workato, MuleSoft, and Fivetran.
  • Experience developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java.
  • Competence in XML, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, and C++.
  • Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and building integrations with Salesforce.
  • Proactive approach to enhancing Salesforce and ensuring code best practices.
  • Salesforce certifications required, such as Platform App Builder.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical requirements for stakeholders.
